Center Role: MCH Program Student Research Assistant

I Chose GW Because: The program is excellent and I wanted to keep living in wonderful DC. What I didn't anticipate was how amazing all the students are and the great networking opportunities I've had through faculty and classes. 

Bragging Rights: Before coming to GW, I worked in market research and helped manage a large project about rare birth defects for CDC (38 focus groups with individuals and caregivers!). It was logistically challenging given the unique audience and emotionally intense due to the personal subject, but this made the experience very rewarding. 

Hobbies/Personal Interests: I love to cook, read, and bike around DC. 

People Might Be Surprised to Know That: I'm a British citizen and used to have an accent.
