The CE explained...

Working on their own, or individually as part of a team, and guided by a faculty member, students pick a topic they are passionate about, formulate questions, sort through primary or secondary data, propose a program, and analyze results. Students will present their findings in a written manuscript and oral presentation, typically at the end of their studies before they graduate. Some students also link their practicum experience to their CE.

The Culminating Experience is designed to be student-led and driven by students’ own areas of interests. In many ways, the CE is an exhibition of all the things gained by an education at GW, showcasing marketable and concrete skills to jumpstart your career.
