MCH II Students- Federal Register Postings for the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA)
This semester, our MCH II students posted comments on the Federal Register, a website that publishes current federal documents and legislation. MCH II students advocated for various changes and additions to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), which requires employers to provide working accommodations related to pregnancy and childbirth.
